Our Puppy Academy is designed to guide pups through these key development stages with safe socialisation, structured play, and expert guidance.

Our SMART READY approach focuses on:

  • Socialisation – Safe puppy play in a dedicated area, with guided introductions that build confidence step by step

  • Monitoring – Continuous observation and two-way communication with owners to track progress and support training at home

  • Attention – Individual care that nurtures shy pups and channels energy in the right direction

  • Routine – A balanced flow of play, enrichment, and rest to build healthy habits for life

  • Training – Positive reinforcement foundations: polite greetings, lead practice, basic commands, and confidence-building games

How to Enrol

Step 1 – Enquiry

Contact our team or call 020 3576 4320 with your dog's details (name, age, breed, postcode). We'll answer your questions and help you choose the best daycare option.

Step 2 – Enrolment Day

Your dog joins us for a trial day, paired with a buddy carer. This gentle introduction lets us see how they play, rest, and socialise in our groups.

Step 3 – Assessment & Feedback

We carefully observe your dog throughout the day and share personalised feedback. If they're ready, we'll confirm their playgroup and routine.

Step 4 – Welcome to Eddie's

Once enrolled, your dog becomes part of our close-knit community. We'll set up your membership, schedule, and collection/drop-off routine — and the fun begins!
